Wafi Gourmet is a gastronomic establishment founded in Dubai in 2001 with the aim of presenting Lebanese cuisine and culinary traditions in the United Arab Emirates. Its operations combine a restaurant with a specialist food shop offering freshly prepared dishes, sweets and packaged products. The shop carries ingredients and delicacies sourced from different regions of Lebanon. Its assortment includes baklava, dates filled with nuts, dried fruit, olives, makdous, labneh balls, za’atar, olive oil, jams and honey. Collections of traditional Lebanese and Middle Eastern sweets occupy a particularly important place in its offering.
