Escherndorfer Lump Silvaner Eiswein is a highly concentrated, sweet dessert wine made from Silvaner grapes that were left to freeze on the vine. Harvested in the cool conditions of winter, the frozen grapes produce a rich and intensely sweet wine with vibrant acidity.
