G-Max Riesling from Weingut Keller is one of the rarest and most sought-after dry German wines, produced only in exceptional vintages and in very limited quantities. The grapes come from old parcels with limestone-rich, stony soils whose exact location is intentionally kept secret, adding to the wine’s mystique.
Yields are extremely low, harvesting is entirely manual and highly selective, while fermentation is spontaneous in large traditional wooden casks to preserve a pure expression of terroir. In the glass, G-Max shows remarkable concentration without heaviness - a wine of precision, intensity, and pronounced minerality, supported by vibrant, penetrating acidity.
Its dominant aromas range from citrus and green apple to peach, white flowers, and subtle smoky and chalky notes. On the palate it delivers impressive tension, layered structure, and a long, saline finish that unfolds over minutes.
Due to its limited production and exceptional quality, G-Max is considered one of the most valuable and collectible Rieslings in the world today.
