Red Angel is a barrel-aged sour beer from Wicked Weed’s exclusive Angel Series, crafted to showcase the full depth and intensity of raspberry flavor. This American sour ale, with 7% ABV, is first aged in large oak puncheons with an addition of 1.5 pounds of raspberries per gallon.

It then undergoes a second fermentation with an extra 2.5 pounds of raspberries per gallon, resulting in over 4 pounds of fruit per gallon in total. The outcome is a deeply fruited, refreshingly tart beer with a vivid red-pink hue.
