Bedoba Orange is an amber wine from the Kakheti region, made from indigenous grape varieties, primarily Rkatsiteli and Kisi. It is produced using a combination of traditional qvevri fermentation and modern winemaking techniques, where part of the wine undergoes extended skin contact, giving it its characteristic color and structure.
