Dingač from Winery Vicelić is a premium red wine made from the Plavac Mali grape variety, grown on the steep terraces of the renowned Dingač appellation on the Pelješac Peninsula. Thanks to intense sun exposure, limestone soil, and a unique microclimate that allows for slow ripening, the wine develops a rich and concentrated character.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby-red color, while the nose reveals layered aromas of dried plums, dark chocolate, vanilla, pepper, and smoke. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and powerful, with pronounced tannins and flavors of ripe dark fruit, coffee, and spice, finishing long and warm.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously, using only wild yeasts, and the wine is aged for 14 months in a mix of new and used French and American oak barrels. Vicelić - Dingač is an elegant expression of authentic Dalmatian winemaking, suitable for aging and perfectly paired with robust dishes such as game, roasted meats, or aged cheeses.
