Xuefang Jiang is a historic Chinese brand of traditional dry-cured Jinhua ham, originating in Shangjiang village in Dongyang, within the Jinhua area of Zhejiang province. Its roots date back to around 1860, when master ham maker Jiang Xuefang established a workshop whose hams earned a reputation beyond the local area.
