Appinette from Aaron Burr Cidery is a unique cider that brings apples and grapes together in a harmonious co-ferment, highlighting the terroir of New York’s Hudson Valley and Finger Lakes regions. Crafted from about 70% apples, including Golden Russet and Northern Spy, and 30% Traminette grapes, it balances the freshness of apples with the aromatic richness of grapes.

With an alcohol content of 8.3%, it is made in an off-dry style, offering gentle carbonation and a rustic texture reminiscent of natural wines. Aromas and flavors intertwine with notes of lychee, grapefruit, and rose petals, complemented by chalky mineral tones and subtle tannins that add structure.

Appinette is unfiltered and unpasteurized, making it a living, authentic cider with natural sediment that reflects its wild fermentation. It embodies Aaron Burr Cidery’s philosophy of minimal intervention and deep respect for fruit and land.

Designed for enthusiasts of sophisticated and experimental beverages, Appinette bridges the best of cider and wine in a single glass.
