Picual is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from the Spanish Picual variety, which Bozelli cultivates on an exclusive estate in the Manisa region of Turkey — making it the first and only producer of Picual oil in the country. The olive groves are situated at an altitude of 500–600 meters, on rocky, sloped terrain with 300 sunny days a year and significant nighttime temperature variations — factors that enhance the fruit’s aromatic profile. The flavor of this oil is robust, balanced, and long-lasting, with pronounced notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass, green almond, and subtle bitterness and pungency — all typical characteristics of the polyphenol-rich Picual variety.
