Cortes de Cima Reserva Tinto is a red wine from the Alentejo region of Portugal, produced from carefully selected grapes grown in the vineyards of the Cortes de Cima estate. The wine is typically a blend of varieties such as Aragonez, Syrah, Touriga Nacional, Petit Verdot, and Alicante Bouschet, which together provide depth, structure, and aromatic complexity.

After hand harvesting, the grapes are fermented under controlled conditions to preserve their fruit character, followed by aging in oak barrels to enhance texture and complexity. In the glass it displays a deep ruby color and aromas dominated by ripe dark fruits such as blackberry, blueberry, and plum, accompanied by subtle notes of spice, cocoa, and balsamic nuances.

On the palate the wine is full-bodied and well structured, with smooth tannins and balanced acidity that adds freshness. The flavor profile is rich and layered, with dark fruit and gentle oak influence leading to a long and elegant finish.

Cortes de Cima Reserva Tinto reflects the warm climate and distinctive terroir of Alentejo while showing good potential for aging.
