Sharish Blue Magic Gin comes from Portugal’s Alentejo region and reflects a modern approach to gin production within the Sharish distillery. Its base combines classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and angelica, complemented by spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger, as well as subtle fruity notes of strawberry and raspberry that soften and round the profile.

Its most distinctive feature is the natural blue color, obtained from the Clitoria ternatea flower, without artificial additives. When mixed with tonic or citrus, the pH shift causes the color to change into pink or purple, creating a striking visual effect without altering the core flavor.

The aromatic profile is light, slightly floral and fruity, with a gentle sweetness balanced by delicate spice notes. Juniper is present but not dominant, placing this gin in the modern style where complexity and drinkability are emphasized.

The finish is clean, refreshing, and of medium length. It is most commonly served with a neutral tonic and citrus peel or berries, allowing both its aromatic profile and signature color transformation to stand out.
