Navis Mysterium from Edivo Winery is a unique red wine made from the Plavac Mali grape, uniting traditional winemaking with the innovative concept of underwater aging. After spending several months maturing on land, the wine is bottled, sealed with wax, and placed into clay amphorae, which are then submerged more than 20 meters deep in the Adriatic Sea, where they remain for over 700 days.

The stable temperature, complete silence, and marine isolation contribute to the development of complex aromas, including subtle notes of pine, sea minerals, and ripe red fruit. The wine is available in several versions: a classic bottle, a luxury undersea-aged edition, and an exclusive amphora version - each distinct in appearance and aging method.
