Efe Sarı Zeybek 3 Meşe is a Turkish rakı produced by Efe Alkollü İçecekler. It is made from 100% fresh grape suma and aniseed using a traditional triple distillation process in copper alembic stills, with only the heart of the distillate retained. After distillation, the spirit is matured for a minimum of six months using the Solera aging system in a combination of French, American, and Eastern European oak casks. This maturation process distinguishes it from traditional rakı, which is typically not aged in wood, and contributes additional characteristics developed during oak aging. Efe Sarı Zeybek 3 Meşe is bottled at 45% ABV and represents a style of rakı that combines traditional fresh grape distillation with maturation in three different types of oak casks.
