Stratasphere is a New England IPA from FrauGruber Brewing, built around a single-hop concept using Strata hops. The style is hazy, with a cloudy golden-orange color and a soft head that dissipates quickly but leaves a strong aromatic impression.

The aroma is dominated by tropical and citrus notes - mango, passion fruit, ripe berries and lemon zest - with a subtle herbal background typical of the Strata hop variety. On the palate, the beer delivers juiciness and fruitiness without being heavy; it has a medium body, smooth texture and excellent drinkability.

The double dry-hopping intensifies the aroma, keeping the focus on fruit character while maintaining a gentle, rounded bitterness. The alcohol level, around 6.5%, brings structure without showing on the palate.

Stratasphere aims for balance - aromatic enough for hazy IPA fans, yet technically precise and clean in expression. Produced in limited batches, it often sells out quickly, making it sought-after among enthusiasts of newer hop varieties.
