Delightfully Still Natural Mineral Water by Hildon is a still natural mineral water originating from a protected underground source on the Hildon Estate in Hampshire. It comes from rainwater that travels through the porous chalk layers of the Test Valley for approximately 50 years. During this process, the water is naturally filtered and gradually enriched with minerals. It is conveyed directly from the underground aquifer to the bottling facility located on the same estate. The water is not treated, and its natural composition and characteristics remain unchanged during bottling. Its total dissolved solids amount to approximately 312 milligrams per liter. It contains around 16 milligrams of chloride, 7.7 milligrams of sodium, 6 milligrams of nitrate, 4 milligrams of sulfate, and 1.7 milligrams of magnesium per liter. Its pH value is approximately 7.2, giving the water a neutral character. The higher calcium content provides a firmer mineral structure, while the low sodium content prevents pronounced salty notes. It has a clean and balanced taste without distinct metallic or bitter tones. Its neutral finish allows it to accompany a variety of dishes without overpowering their flavors.
