Tsuyu no Homare is a Japanese gyokuro green tea from Horii Shichimeien, a tea house based in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture. It is made from Gokou, a cultivar originating in Kyoto, with Japanese green tea listed as its sole ingredient. Its character is marked by ooika, the distinctive aroma of shade-grown tea associated with high-quality gyokuro.

It offers a refined, pronounced umami flavour and a thick, almost syrupy texture that lends fullness to every sip.
