Howard’s Folly Reserva Branco is a white wine from Portugal’s Alentejo region, produced from carefully selected grapes grown in vineyards located in the Portalegre subregion near the slopes of the São Mamede mountains. The wine is typically made from a blend of Portuguese white grape varieties, including Arinto, which contributes freshness and structure.

Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels, followed by aging on fine lees, a process that adds texture and complexity to the wine. In the glass it shows a bright golden color and an aromatic profile marked by citrus notes, lime, and ripe stone fruits, complemented by subtle hints of toast, spice, and light mineral nuances.

On the palate the wine is well-balanced and layered, combining a creamy texture with lively acidity that provides freshness and elegance. The oak influence is present but well integrated, enhancing the wine’s depth without overpowering its fruit character.

The finish is long and refined, with lingering citrus and mineral notes. Howard’s Folly Reserva Branco pairs well with seafood, grilled fish, white meats, and dishes with light creamy sauces.
