Atrial Rubicite is a fruited wild ale from Jester King Brewery, first introduced in 2013 as their inaugural fruit-infused beer and one of the most highly regarded in their lineup. It is based on a wild-fermented ale that ages for about a year in oak barrels, then undergoes a secondary fermentation with an exceptionally large amount of fresh raspberries.

The result is a beer with a deep ruby-red color, pink foam, and complex aromas of ripe raspberries, oak, earthy funk, and subtle notes of dark chocolate, cherry, and black pepper. With 5.8% ABV and a pH around 3.36, Atrial Rubicite is refreshingly tart, elegant, and dry on the finish, with a signature champagne-like effervescence.
