Langside Meats Beef Biltong Sticks are traditional South African dried-beef sticks produced on the family-owned Langside Farm near Queenstown. They are made from the meat of pasture-raised cattle reared without the routine use of antibiotics or artificial hormones.

Beef Biltong Sticks have a concentrated beef flavour, complemented by pronounced notes of coriander and black pepper, the gentle warmth of cloves, and the subtle acidity of brown vinegar. They make a convenient protein-rich snack and can also be served with beer, wine, hard cheeses, or or nuts.
