Sauvignon Tannenberg 2022 is a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from vineyards located on southwest-facing slopes at an altitude of 300 meters in Terlano, South Tyrol. The soil in these vineyards is porous and mineral-rich, consisting of sand and clay mixed with eroded porphyry.

The wine is characterized by intense aromas reminiscent of grapefruit and white peach. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a mineral character reminiscent of wet stones, complemented by juicy acidity and a long-lasting finish with hints of flint.

The winemaking process involves spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels using natural yeasts from the vineyards. After fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees in oak barrels for ten months, enhancing the development of complex aromas and flavors.
