Gibbon American Pale Ale is a gluten-free American-style pale ale produced by the British craft brewery Missing Link Brewing in West Sussex. Part of the brewery’s core range, it is designed as a light, refreshing, and sessionable interpretation of the style, balancing an expressive American hop character with an approachable strength and clean profile.

The beer is brewed with Maris Otter and Extra Pale malts, together with wheat and oats, which provide a light malt foundation and a smooth, rounded texture. Mosaic and Simcoe hops are added during the whirlpool stage and again through late dry hopping, allowing their aromatic qualities to develop without overwhelming the beer with bitterness. The product is also suitable for vegans.

Gibbon has a crisp and refreshing character, with fruity berry and citrus notes followed by a restrained pine-like bitterness. Its moderate 4.8% alcohol content and balanced hop profile make it suitable for relaxed drinking and pairing with grilled meats, burgers, spicy dishes, or mature cheeses.
