Oleum Excelsus is a family-owned olive mill in the province of Jaén, Spain, where the climatic and soil conditions provide an ideal terroir for olive cultivation. Their philosophy is based on the careful selection of old olive trees, planted at least 12 × 12 meters apart to ensure each has enough space for growth and optimal sun exposure.
A total of 1,240 trees yields a limited production of no more than 33,500 bottles per year, preserving exclusivity and guaranteeing top quality.
