Linguine di Gragnano IGP is a dried durum wheat pasta made by Pastificio 28 Pastai in Gragnano, a town in southern Italy known for its pasta-making tradition. It carries the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) designation, while the linguine shape itself originates in the Ligurian tradition, where it is most commonly served with pesto.

It is made from 100% Italian durum wheat grown in the Frentani hills, using a proprietary blend of semolina from five durum wheats. The dough is extruded through bronze dies, and the shaped strands are then slowly dried at low temperatures. This process gives the pasta a rough surface that helps sauces cling to it.
