Giandujotti Classici are artisan chocolate and hazelnut confections made by Pfatisch in Turin, in Italy’s Piedmont region. Each piece is individually wrapped and made from gianduja, a traditional Turin blend of cocoa and finely ground hazelnuts.
According to the maker, they contain at least 36% hazelnuts, along with sugar, cocoa, soy lecithin, and vanilla. Pfatisch also makes coffee-flavored and praline versions.
They have a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and a rich hazelnut flavor with cocoa notes and a hint of vanilla. Serve them with an unsweetened espresso.
