Toscana Batàr is a white wine produced by Querciabella in Tuscany and classified as Toscana IGT. Its first vintage was produced in 1988. The grapes come from vineyards in Ruffoli, near Greve in Chianti, an area better known for its red wines.

It is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, which are carefully selected and vinified in small batches. The Chardonnay grows on higher, south-facing sites, while the Pinot Bianco comes from cooler, north-facing plots. The wine ferments in barrels and then ages on its lees in French oak.

Toscana Batàr combines a rich, smooth texture with fresh acidity. Its profile includes citrus and floral aromas, mineral notes, and flavours of pear, almond and mild spice. It can be served with risotto, mushroom dishes, fish or seafood.
