Fior di Passata by Rodolfi is a premium Italian tomato passata made from 100% Italian tomatoes grown in the Emilia-Romagna region. The tomatoes are harvested at peak ripeness and processed close to the cultivation area to preserve their natural freshness, aroma, and flavour. It is produced by straining the tomatoes to remove the skins and seeds, resulting in the smooth and creamy texture characteristic of traditional passata di pomodoro. The product contains tomatoes, salt, and a small amount of citric acid as an acidity regulator. It is distinguished by its bright red colour, pronounced natural sweetness, balanced acidity, and rich ripe tomato flavour. Thanks to its smooth consistency, it is well suited for preparing pasta sauces, pizzas, soups, and a wide variety of dishes that require a smooth tomato base.
