Sriraja Panich Chili Sauce is the original Thai Sriracha chili sauce, produced according to the recipe first developed in 1935 in the coastal town of Si Racha. Widely regarded as the sauce that established the Sriracha style, it is made from carefully selected red chili peppers, Thai pickled garlic, vinegar, sugar, and sea salt. The chilies are aged for at least three months before being blended with the remaining ingredients, allowing them to develop a deeper flavor and natural heat. The result is a well-balanced sauce that combines spiciness, sourness, sweetness, and saltiness with a smooth texture and distinctive aroma. Unlike many modern Sriracha-style sauces, Sriraja Panich contains no artificial colors, preservatives, monosodium glutamate (MSG), or flour. Traditionally served with seafood, it is also widely enjoyed with omelets, rice dishes, noodles, stir-fries, grilled meats, and as an ingredient in marinades and dipping sauces. By preserving its original recipe and traditional production methods, Sriraja Panich Chili Sauce remains an authentic expression of Thailand's culinary heritage and one of the country's most iconic condiments.
