Salted A2 Grass-Fed Jersey Butter by St. Brigid's Creamery is an organic European-style butter made from the cream of a single herd of A2/A2 Jersey cows raised on certified organic, grass-fed pastures in Ontario, Canada. The butter is traditionally barrel-churned in small batches and contains 84% butterfat, giving it a rich, creamy texture and excellent melting properties. It is seasoned with Canadian sea salt, which enhances the natural sweetness and depth of the Jersey cream without overpowering its flavor. Thanks to the naturally high beta-carotene content of grass-fed Jersey milk, the butter has a distinctive deep golden-yellow color. It is characterized by a smooth, spreadable consistency, a full-bodied dairy flavor, and a clean, lingering finish. Suitable both as a table butter and as an ingredient in cooking and baking, it performs particularly well in pastries, sauces, and other recipes where the quality of the butter plays a significant role in the final result.
