Sulá Chocolate Liqueur is a Filipino dark chocolate liqueur with an alcohol content of 26%, produced by Sulá Spirits. Introduced in 2023 as part of the brand’s original collection, it showcases local ingredients and flavours from different regions of the Philippines. The liqueur combines a spirit base with roasted cacao nibs sourced from Davao, a region renowned for its high-quality cacao. It has a dark colour, thick texture and intense but not excessively sweet profile. Deep notes of cocoa and dark chocolate dominate the palate, followed by pronounced coffee nuances and a warm, balanced finish. It is best served over ice as an after-dinner drink, but can also be used in cocktails, coffee and chocolate beverages or as an addition to desserts. The bottle should be shaken before serving because natural separation may occur.
