The Artisan Kitchen’s Apricot Jam is a bright, deeply fruit-led preserve handmade in small batches in Gloucester, England.
Ripe apricots bring a naturally fragrant, honeyed stone-fruit flavour with gentle acidity and a soft floral character. The result is a beautifully balanced jam with generous fruit, a smooth spoonable texture and a clean, fresh finish that allows the apricot flavour to remain at the centre.
Created by chef and preserve maker Sarah Churchill, founder of The Artisan Kitchen, it reflects a chef-led approach to traditional preserving, focusing on exceptional fruit, careful balance and small-batch craftsmanship.
Delicious on hot buttered toast, croissants and brioche, it also pairs beautifully with yoghurt, ricotta, soft cheeses and almonds, and works particularly well in pastries, tarts, cakes and classic apricot glazes.
