Daiginjō Kinkon is a sake from the Kinkon brand, produced by Toshimaya Shuzō in Higashimurayama, Tokyo. It belongs to the daiginjō category and is one of the house’s most premium offerings, developed from its Bii En-nen sake.
It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyōgo Prefecture, polished to 35% of its original grain size. It contains 17–18% alcohol, with a Sake Meter Value of +5, indicating a tendency toward a drier profile.
It is characterized by a rich flavor and expressive aromas. Serving it chilled is recommended to bring out its aromatic character.
